All eSIM products:

  • Are prepaid and non-contractual
  • Do not include traditional voice calls or SMS unless explicitly stated
  • Are delivered digitally via email or online account access
  • Require an eSIM-compatible and unlocked device

It is your responsibility to ensure your device supports eSIM technology before purchase.

3. Account & Purchase Terms

  • All purchases are final once the eSIM QR code or activation details have been issued.
  • eSIMs are non-refundable once activated or installed.
  • You are responsible for entering the correct email address and ensuring device compatibility.
  • eSIM plans are valid for the duration stated at purchase and expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

4. Fair Usage Policy (Unlimited Plans)

We aim to provide high-quality connectivity to all users. To ensure network stability and fair access, our unlimited data plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy.

Unlimited Data Plans – Speed Policy

“Unlimited” data plans provide high-speed data up to a daily fair usage threshold.

  • Users may receive up to 5GB of high-speed data per 24-hour period (or the amount specified on the product page).
  • Once the daily high-speed allowance is reached, data speeds will be reduced.
  • Reduced speeds may range between 256kbps and 1Mbps, depending on network conditions.
  • High-speed data automatically resets at the start of the next 24-hour cycle.

Reduced speeds are suitable for:

  • Messaging apps
  • Emails
  • Light browsing

Reduced speeds may not be suitable for:

  • HD streaming
  • Large downloads
  • Video conferencing

We reserve the right to implement additional network management measures if usage is deemed excessive, abusive, or harmful to network performance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities
  • Engage in network abuse, automated usage, or excessive tethering
  • Resell, distribute, or commercially exploit eSIM services without written permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse activation credentials

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. Coverage & Network Availability

Coverage and speeds depend on:

  • Local network operators
  • Device compatibility
  • Location and signal strength
  • Network congestion

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or coverage in all areas.

7. Device Compatibility

It is your responsibility to:

  • Confirm your device supports eSIM
  • Ensure the device is unlocked
  • Install the eSIM correctly

We are not responsible for issues caused by incompatible devices or incorrect installation.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of eSIM products:

  • Activated or installed eSIMs are non-refundable
  • Unused eSIMs may be eligible for refund only if not delivered or not activated (subject to review)

If you experience technical issues, please contact support and we will attempt to resolve the matter.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Payment disputes occur

No refunds will be issued in cases of policy violation.
